This privacy policy explains what personal data MB "Imas ir Ko" ("we"), operator of agentcode.lt, collects, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
Contact form data: name, email or phone number, selected services and the message you provide. Technical data: IP address (used only to detect language by country – it is not stored), browser language preference.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process contact form data to respond to your request and to provide our services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) – performance of a contract and legitimate interest). The IP address is used short-term solely to pick the appropriate site language.
4. Retention
Contact requests are retained in our email system for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients
To operate the site we use the following processors: Resend (email delivery, EU/US), Cloudflare (hosting and protection). Data processing agreements are in place.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Lithuania: vdai.lrv.lt). To exercise your rights, email hello@agentcode.lt.
